"More Brains are Better than One" I have a total of 10 posts published to date since I started this blog on May 2, 2014. Tomorrow, I'll be having my vacation to visit my family especially my Mother in the southern part of the Philippines. Mother's day is fast approaching, I am sure my mother will be happy to see me. What I am trying to point out is, we need someone to take care of our blog and to add some meaningful output and ideas while we are not around. Of course, it must be related to our blog niche because we don't want our readers to be confuse. Aside from these there might be someone from your blog visitors who are like you, a bloggers and writers, and have interest of sharing their thoughts in your blog. Letting this to happen will surely benefit your blog and eventually increase your network. Who knows, this might be the start of your own Team. I know some successful bloggers today who started just like you, Alone. Because of positive thinking, perseverance and hardwork and selflessness, they are on top of the blogging career.

Team Blogging

It is composed of bloggers and writers who share their ideas to a single blog. Thanks to Blogger Team, they enabled this feature. Users can have up to 100 multiple Authors or co-Authors for a single blog. The owner of the blog will be the admin by default and all new authors he invites will be given co-author account. They can only EDIT their posts and they won’t have the feature to edit / delete others posts. However the admin can change the privileges of the co-authors anytime.

Blog Administrator

He/She has access to the blog's settings and template, as well as the ability to edit and delete posts made by other members of the team blog. Likewise, he/she can add or remove other team members. Any members can have admin rights on a single blog.

How to add Multiple Authors to Blogger Blogs?

Log in to your Blogger's Dashboard
Go to the Settings | Basic.
Click the “Add Authors” button to add one or more new authors to the list of people who can write to your blog

Now, invite bloggers by typing their email addresses, separate each address with a comma or search from your contacts. They are going to receive an email with a confirmation link. They must have Google Accounts, and if they don't have, they will be prompted to create one.

When you are Done, click the "Invite Authors" button.
Invitation email will be sent to each person you listed by the Blogger Team. All they have to do is to agree to the invitation.
Those who agreed will become part of your Team.

How to Grant Admin privileges to the authors?

All the authors in your team can only edit or delete posts written by him/her. If in any case, you want specific author to edit others post , then you need to grant him admin privileges.

Go to the Settings | Basic.
Choose the Author and beside, click drop down menu.

Choose "Admin" privileges
